    We, as builders, started with a very humble beginning under the banner JAGADEESWARI CONSTRUCTIONS and started building flats and developed Flat Promotion in the name and style of 'DEV APPARTMENTS" by constructing a two storied building (residential flat) at minimum resources and then with maximum vigour we dedicated ourselves to the service of the humanity and its core need.

    Lakshmi Motors has an enterprise was started way back in June 1991. Started as a authorised dealership for Escorts Yamaha Motors Ltd., we have been forging ahead a strong partnership for industry leadership and success. This is evident from the fact that within a short span of time we have achieved an enviable position in the market segment for the entire range of Yamaha Two wheelers (bikes).

Eswari Motors

    Eswari motors started in the year 1993 as a kinetic dealer which is on the main road, Adyar. This concern is managed by Mr.P.V.Prakash Kumar, youngest son of Sri.P.G.Venugopal, Chairman Dev group of Companies, Dev Apartments, Lakshmimotors and Hotel Shelter.

The remedy is 'The Resort'. About 30 km from the city, only two plots before the crocodile farm. This place is about five acres of dense plantation with one end on the East Coast main road and the other on the beach.
